The Nursing degree is a 4-year full-time programme which prepares a student to become a registered nurse, qualified to practise in a variety of settings in either the public or private healthcare sectors. Students are provided with opportunities to learn a whole range of nursing skills in addition to acquiring knowledge related to nursing practice.

The Associate Degree Nursing curriculum provides knowledge, skills, and strategies to integrate safety and quality into nursing care, to practice in a dynamic environment, and to meet individual needs which impact health, quality of life, and achievement of potential. The RN to B.S. in Nursing program, completed in four semesters over two years, is an innovative way for registered nurses to earn a bachelor's degree. The Associate in Applied Science in Nursing offers two program options, a traditional RN program and a transitional LPN to RN program There is no better place to become an RN than OSUIT. OSUIT’s AAS in Nursing provides hands-on learning environments, experienced faculty and state-of-the-art classrooms and lab spaces.
